We ship throughout Canada and United States. Orders usually leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days. Our website offers various flat rate service options from Canada Post to choose from. If you wish other shipment options, or you are outside Canada and United States,  please contact us to place your order.

Please note that you are responsible should extra taxes, import or customs duty charges be applicable at your location.

Shipping charges billed to you on your order are as follows: (Shipping times indicated below apply after your order leaves our facility. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by foreign Customs)

    - Expedited Parcel Post (6-8 business days) flat rate $15.00
    - Express Mail (3-4 business days) flat rate $22.00
    - Priority Post (1-2 business days) flat rate $35.00
  • USA:
    - Expedited Parcel Post (8-10 business days) flat rate $20.00
    - Express Mail (4-5 business days) flat rate $35.00
    - Priority Post (1-2 business days) flat rate $70.00
  • Orders outside Canada and US, please contact us for information.

Taxes billed to you on your order are as follows:

  • CANADA: As per Canada Revenue Agency regulations 
  • UNITED STATES: no taxes applicable

Jetsetc.com warrants its merchandise as satisfactory for intended purposes for 30 days following delivery to customer. If, for whatever reason, the customer is not satisfied within that time period, Jetsetc.com will replace the unsatisfactory goods, or refund the purchase price “no questions asked” – provided that the goods are returned prepaid and in like-new condition, in their original packaging. Some products may be guaranteed longer (see warranty information, if any, enclosed with merchandise). Refund policy does not apply to “special order” non-stock items. Guarantee is limited to refund of purchase price only. Guarantee does not apply to items which have been damaged, or otherwise subject to abuse, misuse, or other events beyond our control.  The Customer is responsible for all costs involved for returning the merchandise to our facility.  No returned goods will be accepted without a Returned Material Authorization (RMA).
