International Orders

We currently take orders from Canada and the United States.  If you live outside of those countries, and wish to place an order, please contact us by phone or email.

 
Money-back guarantee

In order to ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee:

JetsEtc.com warrants its merchandise as satisfactory for intended purposes, and offers a 30-day return policy; If the customer is not satisfied within that time period, Jets Etc. will either replace an unsatisfactory product, or refund the purchase price (less shipping charges) – provided that the goods are returned prepaid and in like-new condition, in their original packaging. Some products may be guaranteed longer (see warranty information, if any, enclosed with merchandise).

Items accepted for refund are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee ($10.00 minimum), unless the reason for return is because of an error made by Jets Etc.

Refund policy does not apply to non-stock items which have been specially ordered at the customers' request. Guarantee is limited to refund of purchase price only. Guarantee does not apply to pumps or electrical items which have been installed and used, or items which have been damaged, or otherwise subject to abuse, misuse, or other events beyond our control.  

The Customer is responsible for all costs involved for returning the merchandise to our facility.  No returned goods will be accepted without a Returned Material Authorization (RMA). Returned goods from the USA must be sent by United States Postal Service only – we will not accept packages sent by courier services, unless all charges, including Customs clearance and brokerage have been “prepaid” by the sender

 

Other Conditions

Prior to ordering, the Customer must determine suitability of the merchandise for their intended use or purpose; if applicable, they must ensure that any parts or equipment are installed correctly – if necessary by a qualified professional or Company – and that the finished installation is thoroughly tested afterwards.

 

As a parts distributor, Jetsetc.com is a reseller of products made by various manufacturers, and which are used throughout the bathware industry. Our liability shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or purchase price refund, of any product found to be defective, upon our inspection, due to manufacturing defects.

 

By agreeing to purchase from us, the Customer signifies that they have read and do accept, the Terms and Conditions of our guarantee and limited liability policies.
