READ CAREFULLY!! Photo at left (click to enlarge) shows discontinued 1990's Jacuzzi jet with 2 1/2" plastic flange face, and 2-notch screw-in ring holding the nozzle. Also pictured, old optional trim kit with push-on metal deco ring to cover the plastic flange (deco ring face may be beveled as in photo, or flat). To replace this jet, you have two options: OPTION 1 - THE "QUICK FIX": First, if there is a metal trim ring, gently pry under the edge and pull it off, Next, unscrew the small 2-notched ring, remove the nozzle, and thread in a Mini Massage Jet (products shown below) - it covers all, and gives you a gentle massage effect. OPTION 2 - THE "DIFFICULT FIX": is to unscrew the plastic flange from the bath wall, and replace it with a different model jet flange and trim kit - THIS OPTION IS FOR PROFESSIONALS OR HANDY PEOPLE ONLY!! |
