IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY!! The older model #8426 square metal cover is no longer available, and is replaced by the newer, plastic-only model, for sale below. Your bath will have either one, or the other, of the two mounting flange types shown in the photo at left (click to enlarge). Here is the difference: (1) The new style round "X" flange, rear left in photo. (2) The older style large square flange with "X" shaped adapter screwed into it, at right in photo. The new cover fits, but you will have to snap off the tabs and cut the rubber gasket, to create a notch - see notch in cover and mating tab on the square flange. It is suggested to replace the screw as well. |
