This common suction cover from the 1990's is no longer available, but can be replaced by the
products shown below. Click on the picture at the left for a close-up showing the plastic version in
the foreground, the typical flange that it screws into, and a metal chromed version behind. The
threads are standard 1 1/2" pipe thread (actual measure is about 1 3/4" diameter). Original covers
are no longer available, but the ones shown below will fit. If you need to replace the FLANGE due to cracking or leaking, click on the link below for an alternate flange and cover product lineup*, but first MAKE SURE THAT THE FLANGE SIMPLY UNSCREWS, AND IS NOT ATTACHED FROM BEHIND WITH A NUT! (Flanges held on by a nut will require more parts and some plumbing to replace). |
